TRICARE’s West Region — which includes Texas — is administered by TriWest Healthcare Alliance for 2025 and
2026. Whether you’re stationed at Joint Base San Antonio (Fort Sam Houston, Lackland, or Randolph) or a
military family new to the area, Dr. Barakah Day provides the continuity and personal attention that busy military
families deserve.
What TRICARE families can expect at Happy Days Pediatrics
Our office manager is a proud Navy spouse, so we truly understand what military families need. We help
TRICARE families understand referral and authorization requirements, coordinate records when you PCS into San
Antonio, and keep your child on schedule for well-child visits and vaccines. TRICARE Prime members should
confirm their primary care manager (PCM) assignment — call us and we’ll walk you through it.
